MTS participants are highly capitalized, EU and
non-EU highly institutional securities dealers.
MTS participants can choose to operate as:
- Market Makers that must commit to making two-way
quotes on a selected subset of bonds within the
product class. Specific requirements vary by
product class. Eligible financial institutions
must meet the minimum capital and trading requirements.
- Dealers that act on markets quoted on MTS.
