Offers you a first point of contact within MTS for support on all queries regarding Telematico (cash, repo and basis) and our internet initiatives: BondVision and SDM (Single Dealer Market. Client Services provides first line support for issues covering market operations and technology including:

  • System issues / problems
  • User problems
  • Technical / testing queries
  • Upgrades for SIA or VPN connections
  • New member codes or user requests
  • Connections to new markets
  • Change requests
  • Client queries
