Technical Services
- provide MTS with technical solutions to its
business requirements. Working closely with MTS
Business Analysts and third party system providers,
Technical Services are involved throughout the
life cycle of each project - providing Project
Management from conception to solution implementation.
- offer infrastructure and software expertise.
- provide both 2nd and 3rd line support to Client
Services and members of the MTS 3rd Party Partnership
Programme.
MTS participants may also access the latest information
on MTS technical upgrades through Technical
Bulletins. Participants are required
